Who does not dream of having long, thick, and healthy hair? Both men and women alike want to get and keep their hair in great shape. Bad hair days are depressing, and that’s the truth, and they are no joke. The scariest part is seeing your hair falling and thinning day in and day out. The best way to prevent hair loss is to do everything you can to maintain healthy hair and promote profitable hair growth.

Hair loss can happen for many reasons, few of which are beyond our control such as hormonal problems, genetics, or illness. But many times, your hair becomes brittle, damaged, and prone to breakage, which can be a reason for visible hair loss. In cases like these, you may be able to prevent some hair loss and damage by taking steps to keep your hair and scalp healthy. Fair hair must have a good diet, maintain a healthy life, and use a good hair growth oil regularly for taking care of your hair. Today I’m sharing some of my tips and tricks to maintain healthy hair and profitable hair growth.

1. Consume More Iron :

If your diet doesn’t include enough iron, it could cause your hair to fall. The best way to consume iron is to increase the amount of dietary iron.

Good iron sources include organ meats, oysters, iron-fortified cereals, beans, pumpkin seeds, and spinach. But don’t take an iron supplement without talking with your doctor.

2. Champi: Massage with Oil

This word might invoke different emotions for each of us. For some, it takes us back to the magical hands of a dear family member taking all our stress away with a soulful massage before bed. A good hair massage helps in relaxation as well as for profitable hair growth. With a good hair growth oil, it gives immense benefits for protecting hair from damage and provides remediation from the hair fall. Out of the many hair oils I have tried in the past, I have likes Tatva’s hair loss treatment oil great as a hair growth oil.

3. Brush your hair before you shower :

No matter what your hair texture is, taking 60 seconds to detangle strands will keep them healthy. “When your hair is wet, it is more vulnerable to breakage,” so always brush knots out of your hair when it’s dry.” Or before the shower. One added benefit of brushing dry is it distributes the natural oils from your scalp down to your hair’s ends.

Although the curly girl method suggests that you should not comb dry hair, but I brush and detangle my hair before a head wash to remove any knots.

4. Condition correctly:

Conditioning correctly will be beneficial for hair growth and healthiness( if that’s a word ). Most of us are not aware of the correct way of conditioning our hair.

For correct conditioning of your hair, you should always start applying conditioner from the mid-shaft and go to your hair’s ends. Then work your way up to the scalp.

5. Switch to Products with Gentler Ingredients :

Harsh chemicals are a big no-no, and we should always buy hair products which are paraben-free products.

6. Trim :

Yes, trimming your hair promotes hair growth as it will cut off the dead split ends.

So these were some tips. Please do comment and let us know what you prefer for growing and maintaining healthy hairs.
