Selfcare- Introspect
It is absolutely easier to blame others when something is nudging or stressing us. That is way easier than looking within and acknowledging our shortcomings and mistakes, isn’t it ? But when you look within and reflect on things that could do you more good than you could have ever anticipated. It would make you understand yourself to a greater extent and it will help you become more matured and wiser. Now, that’s growth, isn’t it?
When you self-examine, you get to know about your plus and minus. With this information, you can actually get control of your future. Confused? Don’t worry. We will let you know what it actually means. With the knowledge of your positives and negatives, you could decide the way in which you want to operate your car through the journey of your life. As in, you can give more weightage on your positive, and manage and work on your negatives.
But if you’re practicing introspection without actually applying it for the betterment of yourself and your personality, it is not useful. Because there are few sets of people who keep on looking within themselves and start blaming themselves for everything. That is not what introspection is all about, it is finding your flaws, taking responsibility for your mistakes, and taking suitable steps to improve your shortcomings. Only if you work in this manner, it will be useful for you,
Let’s start introspecting within to bring out the better versions of ourselves to light.
