When you just stop doing anything for a while and listen to your surroundings and environment, you realize, in what kind of a loud and noisy world we all live in. In the whirlwind of the fast happenings of the world, we might tend to forget about having a heart-to-heart talk, quiet, alone time with ourselves. Now you might think, is this even necessary ? I don’t have time for all this and in fact I feel like a lunatic if I talk with myself.

Selfcare- Quiet time

As much as living in the moment and doing all your stuff is important, you reflecting upon yourself is needed. For that you should take time for yourself because you deserve it. Just think for a second, you are being pushed and rushed to the pace of the world because of which you might actually don’t have the time or patience to realize what is happening around. This is one of the main reasons why it is completely important for any individual to take quiet time for themselves.

Benefits of Quiet Time & What You can do in That Time ?

Quiet time is something like meditation for me. I would just close my eyes and reflect what has happened the entire day. Talk with self, ask myself what was the most interesting part of your day ? What made you proud about yourself ? What made you uncomfortable and uneasy ?

These conversations actually help an individual in not only understanding themselves but also help you grow as a person for your own betterment.

This practice will help you breathe and stay put to your ground. Quiet time and solitude upto a level is very important for every individual because that is what will give you the real person space irrespective of where you are or whom you are with. If you get this dose of quiet time regularly nobody can invade your personal space that you and your mind.
