said no parent ever. Parenting is not easy. Parenting doesn’t not come with a manual . It is exhausting. So how do you charge yourself when you are exhausted. Sharing with you my top 5 tips to stay sane in this exhausting journey called parenting. 😀

Talk it out
Talking works as the biggest therapy for me. I am a very talkative person. On days when I am exhausted I speak even more 😛 . Poor husband is the listener usually.
No the conversation doesn’t have to be a complaining session. I just tell out what all has happened. It may be just a normal day to day conversation
Dance
Dance is closest to my heart. A peppy Punjabi number or even a Hindi movie latest is all that we need.

Shopping
Shopping is a therapy. Dont we all agree?? and trust me it is the best therapy when you are exhausted. 🙂

Self pampering
Self-care is really important. We all know about it. Taking out time for your self is something which helps me gather myself and stay sane. My self pampering sessions include some time at the salon(which happens in months), some masks and head massages at home and also doing some random makeup. I love doing that.

Go for a spa session if you can. It really makes alot of difference
