It needs to be applied on the wrist,back of the neck, under the arms to get the cooling effect. The smell would feel to strong in the first spray and it has the tingly cooling sensation.
The cooling sensation helps lowering the body temperature and cut the heat when you are outside.
It is recommended that you do a patch test before using it as not all natural products suit everyone.

I tend to sweat alot and Seer Secrets Five Mint Specie Heat Absorbing Mist helped me keeping myself feeling fresh all day.
