We stayed at Mohan’s Binsar Retreat
Places we went to
Deer Park
This was more of a trek for us. Very few deers to see.
There were two leopard on one side and then on the other side there was a steep trek which my parents decided to avoid.
We saw a bear, few rabits and a few deers there.
Chatai Golu temple
Chitai Golu Devta Temple is a very nice and unique place to visit. People come here for the wishes and offer brass bells.
You will find a variety of bells hanged here in huge numbers. You cannot see the pillars/walls through
Kasar Devi
Kasar Devi temple was very close to our resort and we had a really tiring yet fun trek to the temple. It is uphill around 1.5 km and amidst thick pine trees.
The view was lovely.
There is a Lord Shiva temple further uphill from Kasar Devi. Watch the video below to know more
Bheemtal lake
While returning home we decided to do boat ride in Nainital but due to rush nainital roads were jam hence we took the route via Bheemtal and had equally fun boating in the Bheemtal lake.
